Terms

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms apply to the Reachwise app and website, provided by Little Family Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By using Reachwise you agree to them.

Using Reachwise

  • Reachwise is for teams that go door to door: church outreach and bus ministries, sales and service teams, political campaigns and fundraisers. You may use it only to do your team's work, and only as your role allows.
  • Record only what households choose to share with you. Save a phone number or email only with the household's consent, and honor every request not to be visited.
  • Follow the laws where you knock, including local rules on door-to-door sales, solicitation and canvassing.
  • Enter children's information on a bus roster only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • Keep your account to yourself, and don't try to see information your role doesn't allow.

Your team's information

The information your team records belongs to your team. We store it and keep it separate from other teams' as described in our Privacy Policy, and use it only to provide Reachwise.

Reachwise belongs to us

The Reachwise app and website, including the software, screens, designs, wording, printed walk sheets, and the Reachwise name and logo, belong to Little Family Ventures LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. While your team has an account, you may use Reachwise for your team's own door-to-door work. That's a permission to use it, not ownership of any part of it. Your team's own information stays your team's, as above.

You may not, or help anyone else to:

  • Copy Reachwise or any part of it, such as its features, screens, designs or wording, make products based on it, or sell, rent or resell access to it.
  • Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the app, or try to get its source code, except where the law allows that regardless of these terms.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download information from Reachwise, or use bots or other automated tools to get at it, other than through the exports, integrations and API keys we provide, and within their limits.
  • Use Reachwise, or anything learned from using it, to build or improve a competing product or service.
  • Get around Reachwise's security or role limits, or overload or disrupt the service.
  • Remove our ownership notices, or use the Reachwise name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Integrations

Directors can connect Reachwise to other software on the Reachwise website, such as Planning Center, a CRM, a calendar or an email list, and can make API keys to connect other apps, such as through Zapier. Connect only accounts your organization is allowed to use, and use connections only for your team's work and in line with these terms, that software's own terms and the law, including rules on contacting people and on email consent. You're responsible for what your team sends to other software and what happens to it there. Keep keys private; turn a key off in the app, or disconnect on the website, if it may have been shared. Other software can change or stop working with Reachwise, and we aren't responsible for it.

Signed forms

Reachwise lets teams collect electronic signatures on standard forms that they can change. The forms are a starting point, not legal advice: your team is responsible for what its forms say and for following the laws that apply to them, such as consumer cancellation rights, state rules on home sales, election rules and rules on texting people. Sales agreements include the federal three-day right to cancel and its notice; your state may require more. Use a form only with someone who agrees to sign electronically, give them their copy, and honor cancellations. Ballot petitions and other forms that the law requires to be signed in ink aren't supported.

Plans and billing

  • Who counts as a user: anyone who has joined your team in the app: directors, leaders, drivers and knockers. Bus riders and the households you visit don't count.
  • Free plan: church outreach and bus ministry teams of up to 9 users use Reachwise free.
  • Paid plans: larger church teams, campaigns and fundraisers pay by team size, and sales teams pay per user on Sales Core or Sales Pro, as shown on our pricing page. Plans renew each month or year until cancelled. Campaign plans are for candidates, political committees, parties and issue campaigns; fundraiser plans are for schools, teams, clubs and nonprofits raising money for a cause. A business that sells door to door uses a sales plan, and we may move a team to the plan that fits how it uses Reachwise, at the next renewal and after telling a director.
  • Texts: every team's plan includes 250 texts a month (bus pickup texts to families and ride alerts to leaders). A text is up to 160 characters, or 70 with an emoji, and a longer message counts as more, the way phone carriers count them. On a plan bought on our website, each text after the first 250 in a month costs 1.5¢ (1.2¢ for a verified church) and is added to the team's next bill, or invoiced on its own once a yearly plan's extra texts come to $5. Any other team's texts stop until the next month (the 1st, in the team's time zone); its alerts still appear in the app.
  • Texts to bus families: Reachwise sends them from its own number, in its own words, to families who agreed on the church's bus rider form; a church chooses which of Reachwise's messages go and when. The phone carriers may block or limit texts for their own reasons; we'll tell the church what they say.
  • At-cost and nonprofit pricing: registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits that show their status pay the nonprofit price on fundraiser plans, and churches that show they're tax-exempt pay our cost to run their team. We may ask a church to confirm its status again once a year; if a church no longer qualifies, its team moves to the standard price at the next renewal.
  • Free trial: business, campaign and fundraiser teams get a 14-day free trial. A team that subscribes during its trial on our website isn't charged until the trial ends.
  • How to pay: a director subscribes on our account page (Stripe takes the payment) or in the iPhone app (Apple takes the payment). Prices in the app are about 10% higher, to cover Apple's App Store fee. App Store subscriptions are billed, renewed and cancelled by Apple under Apple's terms, from the Apple ID that bought them.
  • Read-only: when a trial ends, or a free church team has more than 9 users, without a subscription, the team becomes read-only: its information stays available to see, but nothing new can be added until a director subscribes. We don't delete a team's information for not paying; deletion requests from households are still carried out.
  • Any size: every team buys its plan on our pricing page and account page, at the price shown for its number of users. Church teams of 100 or more, campaigns of more than 250 and fundraisers of more than 75 pay their largest plan's price plus the per-group price shown there, and sales teams of 50 or more get the volume price for every seat.
  • Cancelling: you can cancel anytime, on our account page or, for App Store subscriptions, in your Apple ID's subscription settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds unless the law requires them.
  • Price changes: we'll tell directors at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

Payments to your organization

  • What it is: sales, fundraising and campaign teams can ask for a deposit, a gift or a contribution after a form is signed. The payer pays on their own phone, on our website, and the money goes to your organization's own Stripe account, connected to Reachwise and under Stripe's terms for that account. Reachwise doesn't hold the money.
  • Fees: Reachwise's fee is 1% of each payment, which Stripe takes when the payment is made and sends to Reachwise. Stripe charges your organization its own processing fees under your Stripe account's terms. When a payment is refunded, Reachwise's fee on the refunded part is refunded too.
  • Your responsibilities: your organization is the seller, charity or campaign. It is responsible for following the law that applies to what it collects: for example, refunding a deposit within 10 business days when a buyer cancels under the Cooling-Off Rule, state limits on deposits, tax receipts for donations, and contribution limits, contributor records and reports for campaigns. Reachwise's limits and confirmations help, but don't replace your own compliance.
  • Refunds and disputes are between your organization, the payer and Stripe.

Text message alert terms

  • Program: Reachwise alerts, sent to team members who opt in, about activity on their team (for example, ride requests).
  • Opting in: in the app, open More → Alerts → Text me alerts, enter your mobile number, turn the switch on, and tap Save. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of using Reachwise.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies with your team's activity.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Stopping: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them; we'll confirm and send no more. You can also turn the switch off in the app.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email mrlittle@littlesventures.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how your number is used. We never share it for marketing.

The service

We work to keep Reachwise running and your information safe, but the app is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.

Ending use

You can stop using Reachwise and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used to misuse the service or other people's information.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update them here and change the date at the top.
