Soul winning and bus ministry, organized

Reachwise gives your church one map for every door your soul winners knock, a quick way to record who was saved and who heard the gospel, follow-ups that don't slip, and bus rosters that plan Sunday's route for you.

Made for soul winners, not salespeople

Reachwise speaks your church's language: soul winners and area leaders, Saved and Gospel Given, Church Services and Baptism.

Outcomes that fit soul winning

No Contact, Contact, Not Interested, Saved, Gospel Given, Tract Given But Busy and NO KNOCK, each with its own color on the map.

Count every soul

Choose Saved or Gospel Given and the app asks how many. Set daily goals for doors, saved and gospels given.

Follow up while it matters

Flip on Follow Up Needed? to plan a visit, call, email or text, with a reminder on your phone or your calendar.

Interests your church uses

Church Services, Addictions Recovery, Bus Ministry, Van Ride and Baptism to start, and households like New Move-In and Has Children. Edit them anytime.

Areas and area leaders

Draw your church's areas on the map and give each an area leader who sees its visits and progress.

Honor every no-knock

A household that asks not to be visited stays red for the whole church, and volunteers are warned before knocking.

Saturday soul winning

See your whole church's Saturday as it happens

Pastors and outreach directors see every door knocked, every contact and every soul saved, by route, without collecting a single paper card.

  • One map for everyoneNobody knocks a house a teammate already visited this morning, and nobody misses one.
  • Knockers see their own workVolunteers see their own visits and progress; leaders see their areas; directors see it all.
  • Works where signal doesn'tVisits are saved on the phone and sync when you're back in range.

Bus ministry

Your bus ministry, from Saturday's knock to Sunday's pickup

Reachwise was built alongside a working church bus ministry in Terre Haute, Indiana. Every route, roster and pickup time came from real Saturdays and Sundays.

  • A roster for every busStops with pickup times and notes; riders with parents, phone numbers, birthdays and permission forms. A rider without a permission form stands out in red.
  • Saved and baptizedRecord the dates riders were saved and baptized, and see the totals for each bus.
  • Who's riding Sunday?Tap Yes or No for each stop; the roster counts riders as you go.
  • Plan and drive the routeOne tap puts the stops in the shortest order, shows the miles saved and works out new pickup times from when the bus leaves the church.
  • Directions for driversDrivers see the rosters for the routes they drive and hand each stop to Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze.

Ride requests

When a family wants a ride, the right leader knows right away

Tag a visit with Bus Ministry or Van Ride and Reachwise alerts the people who arrange rides.

Bus rides

A household with children that asks for a bus ride alerts the bus director and that route's captains.

Van rides

A van ride request goes to the church's directors, who arrange adult transportation.

In the app, or by text

Alerts appear in the app. Leaders who opt in also get a text message. How texts work

Care with children's information

Protecting the families who trust your church

Need to know

A child's roster details are seen only by the church's directors and the leaders and drivers of that child's bus route.

Permission first

Children go on a roster with a parent's or guardian's permission, and the roster flags any rider without a form.

Removed on request

A parent or guardian can ask the church, or us, to remove their child's information.

Pricing for churches

Questions churches ask

We're a 508(c)(1)(A) church without a 501(c)(3) letter. Do we qualify for at-cost pricing?

Yes. Churches are tax-exempt without applying, and many choose not to seek a 501(c)(3) determination letter. Send a signed statement on church letterhead with your EIN, and we'll verify it the same way. Verify your church.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone who joins your team in the app: directors, route captains, drivers and soul winners. Bus riders and the households you visit never count.

Can our volunteers use their own phones?

Yes. Reachwise runs on iPhone and Android, and volunteers sign in with a code sent to their email. No passwords to remember.

Can we use it for outreach without a bus ministry?

Yes. Choose "Church outreach" when you set up your team and Reachwise leaves out the bus tools and uses areas and area leaders instead of routes and captains.
