Here's what it costs us to run a church team of 25 for a month. That's the whole at-cost price: no markup, no profit.
We round up to the next dollar so a busy month of text alerts doesn't cost us money, and we check these numbers against our real bills every year.

Pricing questions
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who has joined your team in the app: directors, route captains or team leads, drivers, and knockers or reps. Bus riders and the households you visit never count.
How does a church get the at-cost price?
Send us proof that your church is tax-exempt: an IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, your listing in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search, your denomination's group exemption, or, for churches that never applied, a signed statement on letterhead with your EIN. Verify your church.
What happens when we grow past a plan?
When your team grows past its plan, we'll ask a director to move up. Changes between plans are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
Do campaigns have to sign a contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel the day after the election. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan includes setup help by email, and Enterprise plans include onboarding and training.
When does billing start?
Reachwise is in a pilot. Teams that join now start on the free plan or a free trial while we open billing, and we'll tell you before anything is charged.
