Delete your Reachwise account

Reachwise is made by Little Family Ventures. You can delete your account and its data yourself in the app, or ask us here without it.

In the app

  1. Open Reachwise and tap More.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Read what's deleted and what stays, then tap Delete my account. It's deleted right away.

Directors, two things first. A team always needs a director: if you're the only one and others are on the team, make someone else a director (More → Members), or tell us below who should take over. If your team pays for Reachwise, cancel the plan: on this website in Manage billing, or for a plan bought on an iPhone, in its Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

What should we delete?

To be sure it's you, we'll reply to this email address before we delete anything. Or email mrlittle@littlesventures.com from the address you sign in with.

What's deleted

  • Your sign-in, email address and name.
  • Your place on every team you belong to.
  • If you're the only member of a team: the team itself, with all its houses, visits, zones and streets.
  • If you ask: the problem reports you sent us. Otherwise they're kept without your account attached.

What's kept, and why

  • Your team's records. Houses and visits you recorded stay with your team, without your name, so it can keep following up. Requests not to be visited stay too, so the team can keep honoring them.
  • Signed forms and payments your team collected are the team's own records. Campaigns must keep contribution records by law.
  • Billing records. If your team paid for Reachwise, the record of what was paid is kept as tax law requires (by us, and by Stripe or Apple, which took the payment).
  • Backups. Copies in our backups are removed as the backups expire, within 30 days.

How long it takes

In the app, right away. When you ask here, we confirm by email, then delete it within 30 days, usually within a few days.

A team visited your home?

You don't need an account. Choose "My household's information" above, or ask any volunteer at your door. The team deletes your phone number, email, notes and visit details, and keeps only the address, the date and any request not to be visited, so it can honor that request.
